Fees and practical information
-
The first step is a free 20-minute consultation. This gives us an opportunity to talk about what has brought you to therapy, answer any questions you may have, and get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.
If you decide that ongoing therapy feels right, my standard fee is £55 per 50-minute session.
I recognise that the cost of therapy can make it difficult or unaffordable for some people. If the standard fee would prevent you from accessing therapy, please feel free to discuss this with me. A different fee may be agreed where appropriate and will be confirmed in writing.
Payment is made by bank transfer and is due at least 24 hours before each session.

I currently offer weekly 50-minute sessions. Regular sessions provide consistency and continuity, allowing us time to develop our therapeutic relationship and explore what feels important to you.
We can regularly reflect together on how therapy is progressing and whether the way we are working together continues to meet your needs.
-
Your session fee will be agreed during our consultation process. Payment is made weekly via bank transfer, and I ask that sessions are paid for at least 24 hours in advance.
If payment has not been received, I will send a reminder before the session. If there is anything affecting your ability to attend or make payment, please let me know as soon as possible so we can discuss this.
-
Your regular session time is reserved for you. However, I understand that sometimes things happen that are outside of our control. I ask that cancellations are made with at least 24 hours' notice wherever possible.
If you cancel more than 24 hours before your session, your payment can be transferred to your next session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session remain payable.
I will always consider individual circumstances, and we can discuss this together if something unexpected happens.
If I need to cancel a session, you will receive a full refund.

If you're wondering whether therapy might be right for you, you're welcome to get in touch.
You can contact me by email or through the contact form on the website. You don't need to know exactly what to say or have everything figured out — you can simply tell me a little about what's brought you here, or ask any questions you might have.
I'll get back to you within 48 hours, and we can take it from there.
Following the consultation, you can decide together whether ongoing weekly sessions feel like the right way forward.

I currently offer online therapy on Mondays between 9:30am and 2pm.
If you would like to enquire about working together, you can get in touch by email or by completing the contact form. I aim to respond within 48 hours.
